A fully designed and executed exhibition booth showcasing FlyAkeed’s innovation in modern travel solutions at LEAP 2025. From concept to on-site delivery, the stand combined immersive digital elements with strong spatial flow.

Project Overview
FlyAkeed, a leading Saudi travel booking platform, participated in LEAP 2025 to showcase its innovative travel solutions. The objective was to design a visually striking, tech forward exhibition booth that reflected flexibility, movement, and modern travel experiences.
I led the full design development of the booth from concept creation to production drawings and 3D visualization and co-managed the installation on-site.
Design Concept
The booth was designed to express:
Motion and transition (inspired by travel journeys)
Digital innovation
Openness and visitor flow
Curved structures and tunnel elements were introduced to create immersive movement within the space, symbolizing the travel experience.
Large-format screens, interactive touchpoints, and structured circulation ensured both brand visibility and engagement.

Production-ready technical drawings
Elevations, fabrication detailing, and joinery specifications
Screen integrations and structural coordination

Dual tunnel experience zones
On-Site Execution
Beyond design, I acted as Co-Project Manager during installation in Malham, Riyadh.
Responsibilities included:
Coordinating with workshop and fabrication teams
Co-supervising installation
Solving last-minute technical challenges
Implementing on-site client amendments under tight deadlines
The final stand was delivered successfully, maintaining both visual impact and functionality.
